In the clip, recorded on March 2, a topless Khalid eases himself out of a window before straddling a gap between the two buildings.
He starts to limber up by raising a metal bar repeatedly above his head, stretching to the side and finishing with a set of bicep curls.
Khalid then decides to move on to the main event as he sits down and swings his legs over the ledge of the roof.
The daredevil places the metal bar between the two buildings before pushing down on it to make sure it is secure.
The parkour athlete then proves he has nerves of steel as he shimmies into place and lowers himself down.
He effortlessly performs a series of pull-ups and body-dips without breaking into a sweat.
Khalid, who has been doing parkour since 2012, uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read: ‘I was bored during this pandemic, knowing that all sports halls and spaces are closed, so I decided to do my daily exercises on the roof.’
The stuntman has previously said that he trains up to eight hours a day.
