Earlier this week, Dua took to Instagram to share a series of new photos, kicking off the latest ‘photo dump’ with a snap of a homemade cake.

Dua’s tasty-looking cake was covered with white icing and written across it was a message that read: ‘If you got a candle, blow it.’ Dua tagged songwriter Sarah Hudson in the image, alongside producer Clarence Coffee Jr, all of whom she collaborated with on her chart-topping track Levitating.

Clarence Coffee Jr took to Instagram earlier in the week to gush about the fact that Levitating had topped the US charts, writing in part: ‘Highly emotional today because the Creator curated one heaven of a experience, and because I get to share such a blessed moment with beings I call family.’

He also tagged Dua and Sarah in the celebratory post.

It comes after Dua discussed her two-year romance with boyfriend Anwar Hadid – who is the younger brother of models Gigi and Bella – and even opened up about spending lockdown at the family’s farm in Pennsylvania.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, the star said: ‘I’m very comfortable in the relationship, more so than any others.’

The singer admitted that she loved the quiet pace of life and also used the opportunity to improve her horse riding skills.

She said: ‘Wake up around 9:00, 9:30, shower, get dressed, have a bit of breakfast, take the dog out on a really nice long walk, maybe do some yoga, make some lunch, hang out, watch a movie, play with the animals.’

The One Kiss hitmaker also spoke about boyfriend Anwar in a recent issues of British Vogue, saying that she tries to balance ‘being so excited and in love’, while keeping their romance private.

Dua told the magazine of posting their relationship on Instagram: ‘We have all these incredible memories and experiences, and if there’s something that we want to share together, then OK that’s fun.’

She added: ‘But at the same time, we’re quite private – we’ll only show you as much as we want you to see.

‘It’s a little bit of give and take, trying to find the right balance of being so excited and being in love, and wanting to share that with the people around me, but at the same time not wanting to put too much out there.’
