Family Lawyer Reveals Nolan Wells' Frantic Plea Moments Before He Mysteriously Vanished...

In a heart-wrenching revelation, the family lawyer of 18-year-old Nolan Wells has shared details of a tense argument captured on video just before the young college football player disappeared during a Fourth of July outing. The emotional plea for his phone, “Give me my freaking phone,” underscores the chaos that unfolded moments before his tragic vanishing.

Wells, who played as a wide receiver for Southwest Mississippi Community College, went missing during a boat trip to Horn Island, Mississippi. His body was recovered on Monday, and dental records confirmed his identity the following day, leaving his family and friends in shock.

Attorney Ben Crump, speaking with Michael Strahan on “Good Morning America,” highlighted the footage that reportedly shows Wells in a heated dispute over his phone. “You can hear Nolan demanding, ‘Give me my freaking phone, what are you freaking doing?’” Crump stated, raising questions about the circumstances surrounding Wells’ disappearance.

The family is skeptical of claims that Wells willingly left his phone behind as his friends returned to shore without him. “No young person leaves their cell phone,” Crump emphasized during the interview, echoing the family’s concerns.

Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter has indicated that, at this stage, there is no evidence suggesting foul play, urging the public to remain patient as the investigation continues. However, Wells’ family is calling for a comprehensive inquiry into the events leading up to his disappearance.

In a bid for clarity, they have arranged for an independent autopsy to be conducted on Wells’ remains, which have been transported from Mississippi to Washington, D.C. Notably, former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick is reportedly covering the costs of this post-mortem examination.

Jackson County Coroner Bruce Lynd Jr. informed The Post that the results from the official autopsy could take several weeks, particularly as toxicology tests are conducted.

During the emotional interview, Nolan’s mother, Christine Wonsley, expressed her distress upon discovering that there were no Snapchat videos on her son’s phone, a detail she described as “suspicious.” “I was just like ‘That can’t be,’” she said, revealing her anguish over the situation.

According to the mother of one of Wells’ friends, it was reported that he chose to stay behind while the others returned due to a mechanical issue with their boat. As the investigation unfolds, many are left wondering what truly happened to Nolan Wells on that fateful day.
