Quitting being a vegetarian, Anne Hathaway reveals her diet and lifestyle to stay in shape at age 41

Anne Hathaway’s Paleo Diet

Paleo Diet (also known as the Caveman diet), has a very high amount of fiber and protein, so it greatly supports the weight loss process without causing the body to lose many calories. For Anne, when following the Paleo diet, she follows the principle of fully consuming healthy nutrient groups such as chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables and some organic nuts. At the same time, she also completely eliminated red meat and pork from her diet.

Anne shared that she is a person who is addicted to eating sweets, including chocolate and cakes. However, when following the Paleo diet, Anne limits the consumption of these snacks. At the same time, she also diligently drinks water regularly every day to provide more moisture to help her body eliminate toxins better.

Along with following the Paleo diet, Anne also maintains strict weekly exercise. Accordingly, she spends time doing 3-4 yoga sessions per week to maintain her figure and mental balance in life. In addition, Anne also performs high-intensity HIIT exercises to maintain her body and physical strength every time she films.
