Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson gets a makeover from his daughters after Black Adam sequel is put on ice

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson got a makeover from his two adorable daughters on Friday, becoming a big pretty princess after his lackluster blockbuster received some ugly news this week.

The action megastar, 50, posted a video on Instagram that showed 7-year-old Jasmine and 4-year-old Tia giving him the ultimate fairytale transformation.

The girls painted their hulking father’s face with makeup and gave him a multicolored blond wig, crowning Johnson with a tiara even though his box office crown appears to be slipping in real life.

Box office princess: Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, 50, got a makeover from his two adorable daughters on Friday, becoming a big pretty princess after his lackluster blockbuster received some ugly news this week

‘First morning back home with my tornados and by 8am they insisted on giving Dwanta Claus a make over before Christmas,’ Johnson captioned his video.

‘I haven’t seen myself in the mirror yet,’ he wrote, ‘but if I look as cool as I FEEL RIGHT NOW, then IM WINNING BABY.’

The cute video begins with the Hollywood juggernaut getting primped by his daughters, receiving a few finishing touches.

‘Wow,’ said Johnson, wincing as one of his daughters chalks blush onto his chiseled cheeks. ‘Do you have to press that hard?’

‘Yes,’ replies 7-year-old Jasmine. ‘It’s a part of makeup.’

Dressing up a blockbuster: ‘I need a tutu?’ asked the superstar. ‘I also need my dignity.’ But Johnson has occasionally thrown dignity to the wind in recent weeks as he has vigorously defended Black Adam, asserting it was a resounding hit

Tutus make everything better: The Rock obliged and stepped into his tutu. Meanwhile, reviews have not been kind to Black Adam. The film has earned a mere 39% approval rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, with many branding it ‘bland and predictable’

‘Oh Daddy,’ gushes 4-year-old Tia, ‘you look so pretty.’

‘Do I look cool?’ Dwayne asks repeatedly. ‘You promised me I was going to look cool.’

‘Here’s the tutu everybody!’ Jasmine holds up a pink ruffled tutu and commands: ‘Stand up!’

‘Do I need anything else?” asks the superstar.

‘Yes,’ his daughters answer. ‘You need a tutu.’

But Johnson has occasionally thrown dignity to the wind in recent weeks as he has vigorously defended Black Adam, asserting it was a resounding hit.

Posting a lengthy explanation on Twitter earlier this week, Johnson confirmed rampant speculation that a sequel to Black Adam had been put on ice by DC.

The studio has recently undergone a regime change in the executive suite as new studio bosses have been making drastic changes, putting multiple franchises and A-list actors on the chopping block.

Black Adam initially looked like another surefire hit for Dwayne, as it debuted with a decent $67 million in box office receipts during its opening weekend.

But the expensive blockbuster recently tapped out at $391 million worldwide.

Taking massive marketing costs into account, along with an estimated budget in the range of $190–260 million, Black Adam is widely expected to be a loser when it comes to the bottom line.
