General Hospital Spoilers – Bingo Got Her In Trouble With The Russian Mob?

Lois asks her mother to repeat that-please; a Bingo game got her in trouble with the Russian mob, and she keeps getting texts to apologize from someone calling themself “Uncle”?

What did she do, was it Bingo used as gambling-did she borrow gambling money from someone and have to pay it back, what does Bingo have to do with mobsters?

Gloria tries to explain-she joined a Bingo game in a Russian Orthodox church, and she thought the money everyone had to put in the Bingo pot was for charity!

Gloria has always been a crack Bingo player, but this time she lost and she lost big-and had no idea that this church was a front for the Russian mob!

When the “uncle” texts her that time is running out to “apologize”, it’s code for pay up or else-Lois worries not even Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) can fix this.

GH Spoilers – This Is Way More Serious Than Turkey Trouble!

Lois realizes this is way more serious than just turkey trouble and also why her mother’s so worried, when she tells her this Russian mob put a tracker in her phone.

She’d thought it odd that everyone had to hand in their cell phones, not just turn them off or silence them during the bingo game. But now she knows that was so the mob could track their movements and come after them to collect if they lost the gamble during the game.

Everywhere else she had played Bingo before that Russian church it was just for fun, no money involved, just Bingo chips but she’d seen the sign to play for charity.

She thought she’d give it a try and she’d be doing a good thing for underprivileged Russian orphans, it wasn’t until later she found out it was a front!

General Hospital Spoilers – Someone Steps Up To Help

As Thanksgiving rolls on, Gloria getting more and more nervous, soon everyone hears about the problem and they’ll brainstorm as to how to solve it.

Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) steps up to help with translation and possibly mediating with the “uncle”, although dealing with the mob is a little beyond his expertise! They think they really have no choice but to pay the Bingo pot since Gloria apparently got in over her head.

Yuri is Russian but he grew up close to that church and maybe there’s someone he knows from his days there who can intervene. He makes some calls and while he can’t get them to forgive the debt, at least they’ll wait until they can pay the money!
