Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been fighting in court for years, with the actress claiming her ex-husband tried to silence her with an NDA, something he strongly denies
Angelina Jolie has primary custody of the children she shares with Brad Pitt, but it looks like their living arrangement could soon change.
The former couple share six children together who have been living with Angelina in Los Angeles following her bitter split from Brad. Angelina has primary physical custody of the kids, while Brad was given visitation rights during their lengthy divorce battle.
A source has now claimed the couple’s daughter Shiloh is planning to move in with her dad at his mansion in Los Feliz, California, very soon. It comes after Brad recently hit back at his ex-wife’s claim he tried to silence her with a nondisclosure agreement (NDA).

A source told The Sun : “Shiloh is hoping to move in with her dad when she turns 18 next month.” The Mirror has approached Brad and Angelina’s representatives for comment. The news comes after Angelina claimed her ex-husband was abusive toward her before the alleged 2016 plane incident that led to their divorce, according to a new court filing.
As part of the couple’s ongoing legal dispute over the ownership of their winery, Château Miraval, Jolie’s legal team filed a new motion to release communications they claim would prove Pitt wouldn’t allow her to sell her share of the winery to him unless she signed a “more onerous NDA”.
The court documents claim Pitt had a “history of physical abuse of Jolie.” The court documents claim: “While Pitt’s history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family’s September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well. Jolie then immediately left him.” He has previously vehemently denied all allegations of abuse.
As part of the latest lawsuit, which was filed on April 4, Jolie’s legal team have asked Pitt to explain why he pulled out of their implied agreement for him to buy her stake in the winery. Her attorney claims the answer involves sealed documents Jolie submitted in the ex-couple’s custody dispute.

The latest court document claims: “When Jolie filed the evidence in the custody suit, she was careful to file it under seal so that no member of the public could see it. But Jolie’s sealed filing, which included emails, summaries of the family’s expected testimony, and other evidence, caused Pitt to fear that the information could eventually become public.” Pitt allegedly demanded Jolie “contractually bind herself to that silence” by signing an NDA, the court claim states.
Following Jolie’s latest lawsuit, Brad filed a complaint saying that when the two were divorcing, Angelina’s team “proposed an even broader, mutual non-disparagement clause,” according to the legal documents which were seen by The Mirror. Brad has also claimed that he and his ex-wife agreed upon the NDA to “protect the reputation of the Miraval brand.”
The actor says that he now wants the judge to force Angelina to hand over previous NDAs that they signed to prove that his wasn’t half as bad as those. Speaking about Jolie’s lawsuit, a source close to Brad told The Mirror: “This is a pattern of behaviour — whenever there is a decision that goes against the other side they consistently choose to introduce irrelevant information as a distraction. There was a lengthy custody trial that involved the entire history of their relationship and a judge who heard all the evidence still granted him 50/50 custody.”
