Ava Butters Sonny Up As Everyone ‘Turns Against Him’

General Hospital spoilers report that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has officially lost his cool. Going off on Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and beating him the way he did at such a public event. If he thought his friends were turning against him before, he’s in for a rude awakening.

One by one, everyone he loves may express some concern about him, but they’re also going to take note of his brutal beatdown and the way he viciously went after Dex — who was just minding his own business.

Dex was a guest at the wedding just like any other, and this may stir the pot between Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) as they come to have different opinions about how to handle the situation once it’s already passed.

Isolated from everyone who truly cares about him, Sonny will likely turn to Ava Jerome (Maura West) for support — again. Is that what she’s actually going to dole out though?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Shocks Everyone

Anyone who thinks they’ve seen the worst of Sonny is kidding themselves. His attempted attack on Dex was just the beginning of him starting to unravel. As he continues to come apart at the seams, his violent streak may turn its ugly head once again.

But next time, it might be rather unpredictable who he ends up targeting. While no one would be shocked to see him try to finish the job against Dex — or even go after Jason — he may instead lose it on someone everyone thinks is far more protected, such as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or one of his children.

GH Spoilers Tease Ava Cozies Up to the Mob Man

Although Ava appears to be more worried about the FBI being on her back, or that someone might figure out what she was doing at the GH pharmacist’s office, the person she should be most scared of right now is the man whose roof she’s sleeping under every night.

But rumor has it Ava isn’t going to scare easily when it comes to Sonny’s escalating temper.

Of course, she has the benefit of knowing what’s causing him to go off the deep end. Using that to her advantage, she will likely try to be Sonny’s shelter from the storm as everyone else calls him out for his misbehavior.

Cop29 climate deal worth £240BILLION is finally struck but excludes China – as developing countries say the sum is ‘too little, too late’

Wealthy countries yesterday agreed to triple the amount of aid they pay to developing nations to tackle climate change in a last-minute deal at the Cop29 summit. Developed countries including the UK, US and EU nations agreed to pay $300billion (£239billion) a year – up from the $100billion they pay now. The sum was described by the United Nations as ‘an insurance policy for humanity’. But the action – which excludes the world’s biggest polluter China – was dismissed as ‘too little, too late’ by developing countries.
