Are Maxie And Spinelli Cruising For Their Own Wedding?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers report Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) are officially a couple — and in love.

Spontaneously, love was in the air at Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) wedding to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Maxie couldn’t contain her true feelings anymore.

That being said, the fans are chattering that there might be more drama ahead before these two can really share any kind of happily ever after.

Did it all come too easy? We did wait more than a year for Spinelli to declare his love for the Maxonista, but will her worst fears of breaking his heart again come true? Or will they ride off into the sunset — finally?

One has to wonder whether the next big day Maxie will plan will be her own wedding day to Spinelli. Can they make it down the aisle this time while keeping their sanity and family intact?

General Hospital Spoilers — History Has A Way Of Repeating Itself

Maxie and Spinelli went down this road before. She tried so hard to be the loving partner he needed her to be, but the flame burnt out for Maxie and she wanted to move on before she ever told him the truth about how she felt.

Maxie fell in love with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) — and we’re so glad she did. Spinelli fell for Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson) — and we’ll always kind of miss not seeing them get hitched if only to hear people call her Ellie Spinelli. But Ellie couldn’t be more out of the picture now.

So we have to wonder whether Maxie will face a self-fulfilling prophecy down the road wherein she can’t live up to Spinelli’s expectations for a happy family. Doesn’t it all seem like nonsense since Maxie has been chasing just that ever since she lost Nathan?

GH Spoilers – Claim Mac Plays An Important Role

Mac Scorpio (John J. York) has been out of the country for months. Yes, months. In reality, York had been battling two forms of cancer since December 2022.

Taking time off to focus on his health and recovery was necessary, but fans were delighted to learn recently that he’s headed back to Port Charles soon.

Why does this matter in the grand scheme of things with Maxie? There is no way that girl is walking down the aisle without Mac giving her away.

Furthermore, if we know Spinelli as well as we think we do, there’s no way he’s going to ask Maxie to marry him without Felicia Scorpio’s (Kristina Wanger) and Mac’s permission. Therefore, don’t expect any dress shopping before Mac’s long-awaited return.

General Hospital Spoilers — What’s One More?

Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) is growing up before our very eyes, and fans are starting to suspect Maxie and Spinelli’s love story won’t be the kind that happens in the same order as Brook Lynn and Chase’s story does.

While it sounds like the happy couple is interested in having a baby as soon as they can, a fourth child doesn’t appear to be anywhere on Maxie’s radar.

Another surprise pregnancy — and this time with no shame attached that it’s Spinelli’s — could be just the ticket to rewriting their past and seeing to it that they get their own happy ending this time around.

The man behind a viral petition demanding a General Election has revealed why he started – as it clocks over more than 2.5million signatures. Pub landlord Michael Westwood said he decided to launch the petition having seen Keir Starmer and his MPs go back on their manifesto promises and repeatedly talk down the prospects for the country. The poorly received budget from Rachel Reeves that saw employers hit with an increase in national insurance tax was a key factor in his decision to launch the petition.
