Kristina Forms An Alliance With Nina That Could Leave Her On The Outs From Sonny

General Hospital spoilers suggest Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) received a rather serious reality check when Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) signaled that Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) was telling the truth when she accused Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) of ordering a hit on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).

Some fans are worried Kristina won’t be able to handle that dose of reality, and could throw herself into other pet projects as a means of avoiding dealing with how she really feels.

She may even blame Sonny’s more recent bad behavior on the other people in his life, instead of holding him accountable for his own actions.

Rumor has it that it will be Kristina’s tendency to give Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) the benefit of the doubt that will end up leading her to being iced out of her father’s life just like everyone else who loves him has been.

General Hospital Spoilers — Ava Jerome Takes The Heat

Kristina is already ticked that Ava Jerome (Maura West) is getting so close to her father, and she didn’t approve of her serving him whiskey like it was no big deal. Kristina thought it was rather bold of Ava to do that right in front of her, as though she doesn’t know better.

That kind of confidence emanating from Ava may have threatened Kristina and made her all too aware that Ava is secure in her ability to keep misdirecting Sonny and drawing him into her web of deceit.

Kristina may not have proof of that deceit yet, but when she tries to take her concerns to Sonny, Ava will be ready to defend herself — by throwing Kristina under the bus.

GH Spoilers Say Kristina Turns Her Cheek…Toward Nina

When Kristina realizes any attempt to badmouth Ava or point fingers of blame in her direction isn’t going to land well with her father, she may run to the nearest person who she knows can possibly understand: Nina.

Aware of what Ava is doing and ready to form an alliance with her former stepmother, Kristina could beg Nina for help in extracting Ava from Sonny’s life, but it won’t be an easy lift. She’s got her tentacles into him and has him convinced she’s the only person in his corner.

Kristina and Nina may have to come up with a pretty solid strategy if they’re going to break Sonny free of the chains that bind him to Ava — and they don’t even know about his medication misfire.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Closes the Door

The more that Kristina digs into Sonny’s private life, the more he’s bound to exclude her from it.

Obviously, Nina won’t have any means to enter Sonny’s orbit and make demands of him — and he couldn’t care less about any concerns he thinks she only pretends to have about him after all that she’s done to wreck his life.

So if Sonny starts to take note of Kristina warming up to Nina and spending time with her, while insulting his ability to look out for himself, and attacking Ava, there’s a good chance he will turn on his daughter the same way he has turned on his son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Anyone who doesn’t fall in line and accept the way Sonny wants to live his life — how irrationally — gets the boot. Will Kristina suffer the same fate as everyone else who has tried to help Sonny? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
