Arshia, from India, broke the record for the youngest deadlifter in 2021
Arshia’s young age doesn’t stop her from showing extraordinary strength as she often lifts weights far beyond her own bodyweight – believed to be around 25kg.
The mini weightlifter also follows an insanely strict diet to stay in shape.
Her dad and fitness trainer, Avnish Goswami, revealed that his daughter only eats home-cooked healthy food and has never had a taste of chocolate in her life.
She first gained attention in 2021 when she broke the record for the youngest deadlifter.
At the age of six, she achieved a remarkable feat after lifting 45 kg, securing a spot in the India Book of Records.
Incredible footage shows Arshia as she gears up, grabs hold of the bar with weights loaded at either end and lifts it up.
Supporters can be heard shouting words of motivation as she lifted the equivalent of a washing machine.
Captioned “The youngest and strongest Indian”, the viral clip was shared on Arshia’s Instagram, getting an astonishing two million likes.
One amazed user commented: “Wow. Took me years to even attempt that weight in my teens. Mad respect.”
Another added: “Wow wow wow.. We have a new superstar to win golds for India in the making.”
A third wrote: “Incredible work! Keep at it!”
While a fourth teased: “She is 25 kg. I would like to see all the tough guys in the comments deadlift 3 times their weight.”
Ambitious Arshia hopes to compete in the Paris Olympics this summer.
‘LADY HULK’
Meanwhile, a female bodybuilder dubbed the “She Hulk” has revealed how countless needy blokes beg her to pick them up or kiss her arms.
Jackie Koorn, 34, has her inbox overflowing with messages but she doubts that many guys would be able to handle her.
The Dutch often shares snaps of her workouts and wrestling matches to her 48,500 Instagram followers.
Jackie wants to be a role model for other women and give them a sense of confidence that “they too can be there and handle things”.
But she said people can often be shocked by her impressive build and getting “stared at” when out and about is not uncommon.
The “Lady Hulk” said: “People stare at me in public all the time. I think some [men] are [afraid of me]. The men who have trained with me, seen me at work or in the ring, they might be.
“But they also jokingly warn others ‘Don’t make her angry, she’ll grab you and she’s super strong’.
“I know I can come across as quite intimidating, which is why I also participate in wrestling shows. Inside, I have a good heart and would never harm anyone.”
