Ellin purchased the home in 2004 and renovated it with a variety of upscale additions. Ellin tells Mansion Global that the home has undergone a complete refurbishment and now features top-of-the-line appliances, marble, custom cabinets, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements that were motivated by our trips. It is a very special spot to live and the ideal location for a celebration. The grounds are excellent and include a pool, built-in barbecue, fire pit, and a sizable brick patio.

The entrance of the three-story house includes a drɑmɑtic lobby with a grand staircase and handmade wide wood plank flooring throughout. An beautiful formal dining room with custom built-ins and a silver leaf soffit ceiling is accessible from the first level.

Only a few steps separate the spacious living area from the family room, which includes a wood-burning fireplace and a seating rotunda in the Moroccan style. A unique chef’s kitchen with marble counters, a seating island, and a butler’s closet is near by.
