Zendaya has become a phenomenon of late, as her acting career has really taken off and she also been on the cover of the world famous Vogue Magazine.

However, the 26-year-old is starting to be mocked on social media as users rush to compare her with everyday beautiful women in a dig at the actress being chosen to model in the famous magazine.

The latest such image sees Zendaya looking less than happy in a scene from a movie, alongside a blonde girl on public transport, allegedly in Sweden.

Many comments slam the actress as ‘basic’ and question why she is regarded so highly.

Despite the barrage of negative comments from some people on social media, Zendaya’s personal life appears to be going rather well, as her relationship with Tom Holland shows.

The pair are frequently seen in a good mood together, in the rare moments they are seen out in public due to their aim of maintaining a degree of privacy.

Holland recently celebrated his birthday with Zendaya, with the latter sending him a sweet message on social media as they went for a swim.
