These One Piece characters are going dominate the Final Saga with their monstrous Haki.
Haki is one of the two main powers in One Piece. Unlike Devil Fruits, Haki has no real drawbacks. It doesn’t rob a person of their ability to swim, and sea stones don’t weaken them. However, Haki is more difficult to learn and master.
A person wanting to use Haki has to spend months, and possibly even years, just to master the basics. But it is worth the effort, as it makes an individual more resolute. Fans have already seen some of the biggest names show off their Haki prowess in the Final Saga of One Piece. The Haki of these characters makes them fearsome opponents.
6. Dracule Mihawk
The Best Swordsman In The World
Dracule Mihawk is widely renowned for his swordsmanship. He has the reputation of being the strongest swordsman in the world, which means that there is no one better with a sword. In the past, Mihawk used to be rivals with Shanks, and it is said that their battles shook the entire Grand Line.
In battle, Mihawk wields Yoru, a Saijo O-Wazamono grade sword that is all black in color. Mihawk has yet to be tested in combat, but it is hard to argue that he isn’t among the best fighters in One Piece. He is very likely adept at using Haki, otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to teach Zoro.
5. Monkey D. Luffy
Youngest Yonko
Monkey D. Luffy became one of the Yonko after beating Kaido in an exhilarating battle in Wano. The fight with Kaido proved to be a valuable experience for Luffy, as he not only awakened his Devil Fruit but also learned to use Conqueror’s Haki.
Luffy can use all three types of Haki, making him one of the few individuals to do so. His Observation Haki has improved to the point where he can see the future for a few seconds. With his Busoshoku Haki, Luffy can destroy an object from within. Finally, his Conqueror’s Haki enables him to bypass the toughest of defenses.
4. Kuzan
One of Blackbeard’s Ten Titanic Captains
Kuzan left the Marines after losing the battle against Sakazuki in Punk Hazard. He didn’t want to work under Sakazuki, which was most likely the reason for his departure. Kuzan possesses the Hie Hie no Mi, which is a Logia-type Devil Fruit.
It allows him to create and control ice at will. Kuzan used the Devil Fruit to great effect in the Marineford arc, where he saved thousands of Marines from being annihilated by Whitebeard’s attacks. Kuzan is also proficient at using Haki, as evidenced by his fight against Sakazuki. The latter had the elemental advantage over Kuzan, so the only way that the fight would last for several days would be if the former Admiral had insanely powerful Busoshoku Haki.
3. Sakazuki
The Supreme Authority Within The Marines
Sakazuki is the current Fleet Admiral of the Marines. He made his debut in the Marineford arc, where he helped the Marines achieve their goal of killing Portgas D. Ace. Sakazuki is a dangerous character who is obsessed with Absolute Justice. He strongly believes in eradicating all criminals, no matter what crime they commit. Sakazuki is thorough in his approach, and he is unwilling to show any kind of mercy towards criminals.
He is blessed with the Magu Magu no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit, allowing him to control magma. The destructive power of the Magu Magu no Mi makes Sakazuki a strong opponent. He also has potent Haki, as he was unfazed by Marco and Vista’s attacks. Considering how well the two pirates managed to do in Marineford, it is safe to say that Sakazuki’s Haki is far superior to most.
2. Monkey D. Garp
Hero Of The Marines
Monkey D. Garp is the biggest hero in the history of the Marines. Throughout his career, Garp has been involved in some famous events. However, his involvement in the God Valley Incident was the feather in his cap. With some help from Roger, Garp was able to take down Rocks D. Xebec and his crew.
Garp is among the few One Piece characters who have no Devil Fruit but are still very strong. Garp can use all three kinds of Haki. Fans saw a glimpse of his power while fighting the Blackbeard Pirates on Hachinosu. Garp’s Haki-infused punches are strong enough to flatten mountains and destroy the drill-shaped head of Don Chinjao. Garp was also the only Marine who could match Gol D. Roger in battle, and it was only because of his impressive Haki.
1. Shanks
Strongest Pirate In The World
Shanks is one of the Yonko, which makes him one of the most powerful pirates in One Piece. He does not have any kind of Devil Fruit power, which is why he dedicated his entire time to honing his Haki. Shanks possesses three types of Haki, and it is safe to assume that he can utilize them to the highest degree.
His Conqueror’s Haki is arguably the strongest in One Piece. With a single burst, Shanks was able to scare Admiral Ryokugyu and coerce him into leaving Wano. Shanks can also use his Conqueror’s Haki to stop an individual from using their Future Sight, rendering them incapable of predicting his next move. Shanks can use Future Sight, with which he can foresee all incoming attacks. Given his control over the two other types, it is plausible to assume that Shanks’ Busoshoku Haki is nothing short of incredible.
