Have you ever wondered what it would look like if Krillin had a nose?
The Dragon Ball world also has some curious things about the “special” appearance of the characters. But perhaps one of the strangest things is the fact that Krillin is the only character in the entire work without a nose.
Other characters, such as Goten and Videl, only have tiny, simple drawn noses, but at least they still have them. Yet Krillin’s face simply has nothing between his mouth and eyes. Although there is no exact reason why the character Krillin was designed like that, over time, Dragon Ball readers have become accustomed to his bald appearance. Sometimes I even forget this confusing detail.
However, an artist known as FTW Studios recently shared on his Twitter a few images of what Krillin would look like if he had a nose.
This artist used Krillin’s image from both Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball FighterZ to add a nose to the character. The nose was added very cleverly and matches his bald face, although we may still feel a bit strange seeing Krillin with a nose.
In addition, there is another interesting detail in the images posted by the artist, which is that while Krillin “grew” his nose, the noses of Android 18 and Goku were “evaporated”. This is the artist’s intention to have the most objective comparison, to show how the lack of a nose makes a character strange.
Obviously, except in the case of Krillin, who looks much better without a nose, other characters who lose their noses look much less sharp.
So how about you, how do you rate the characters with and without noses? Please share!
