At the age of 37 and having given birth three times, actress Gal Gadot has clearly defined muscles in her midsection thanks to actively exercising at the gym, drinking lots of water and following a Mediterranean-style menu.
In a series of new photos posted on her personal page, Gal Gadot wears a bikini to show off her toned waist 14 months after giving birth to her third child. To serve her work, only about three months after giving birth, the actress returned to the gym.

Gal Gadot currently works out 3-4 times a week at the gym with trainer and nutritionist Magnus Lygdback. She mainly applies interval training to increase body endurance and flexibility, combining heavy weight training to increase strength and develop muscles.
“I never forget what my coach once shared, that even if we work out at the gym two hours a day, we still have to consider our food choices. We have many hours in the day to eat. Because So, the food you choose is very important. I follow the Mediterranean diet, like to cook that way and also like to enjoy dishes in that style,” Gadot shared on Shape .
Gal Gadot doesn’t abstain too harshly but always remembers the rule: ‘You are what you eat’.
The Mediterranean diet prioritizes fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, and especially emphasizes extra virgin olive oil. Fats other than olive oil such as butter are also rarely used. Instead of consuming meat and poultry, the Mediterranean diet mainly uses fish. Eggs, milk, and chicken are also included in the menu but in moderation. Sugar and refined carbs are also minimized.
The actress also confessed that there are days when she cannot eat according to the plan 100%. “I’m not a saint so sometimes I still eat burgers and things like that. However, most of the time, I try to stay healthy,” said the mother of three.
Gal Gadot is very focused on drinking enough water during the day, she compares herself to a camel when the first thing she does when she wakes up is drink a glass of water. Besides, the actress also tries to get enough sleep and meditate to balance her mental health and protect her physical health.
