Kim Says North Prefers Living With Kanye, While He Claims That His Kids Have To Fight To See Him Regularly.
There appears to be a growing amount of evidence that North West is keen on living with her father, Kanye West, which could spark another custody battle between him and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Kanye is gearing up to release his new album Vultures as part of a career comeback. He’s reportedly featuring a number of artists on the album, but perhaps his most exciting collaboration is with his eldest daughter, North, 10, who makes her rapping debut on one of his tracks.

Apparently, North fought hard to attend the recent listening event for Vultures, from which footage has since gone viral showing the pre-teen jamming to her verse as well as the rest of her dad’s new music amongst his entourage.
Following the show, however, Kanye made headlines for going on an antisemitic rant as he stormed out of the event, at one point yelling, “Jesus Christ, Hitler, Ye! Sponsor that!”
He made a variety of allegations, including that the Jewish community owns all banks, hospitals, and private schools in LA.
Kanye also referenced co-parenting with Kim during the 10-minute rant, suggesting that North prefers spending time with him and it’s becoming a source of contention. “My daughter ripped up the mother f**king couches in the house to be able to be with me right now,” Ye claimed.
Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson first got together in 2016, and the NBA star was unfaithful several times during their relationship.
This is hardly the first time Kanye has dissed Kim publicly, but it is one of the first times since their divorce and custody arrangement was finalized in the fall of 2022. Within a month, Kanye went on to legally marry Bianca Censori. The pair traveled through Europe for the majority of this year, with Kanye’s kids only joining him a handful of times.
Kanye reportedly pays $200,000 USD per month to Kim, even though he’s said she has their kids 80% of the time.
There have been no verified reports that Kim or Kanye want to change their custody arrangement. But Kim has admitted that North increasingly prefers spending time at her father’s and would prefer to be there full-time.
“She’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best,'” Kim said during an episode of The Kardashians that aired in November. “‘He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny, he doesn’t have a chef, he doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment.’ And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment.'”
Her sister Kourtney tried reassuring her that it was the same of her older kids and their father, Scott Disick. Kourtney also has a newborn son with Travis Scott, whom she married last year.
“They do that at Scott’s too,” Kourtney explained. “‘Dad has the best house, your house sucks. He has the best house. It’s not super big, the vibe’s better.’ I feel like everything falls on the parent that’s more involved.'”
