Britney Spears reveals she’s learning how to be single in emotional note after Sam Asghari split: ‘I usually do the same thing every day’

Britney Spears took to Instagram on Sunday to reflect on her life, her split from Sam Asghari and how she feels being single and in charge of her life for the first time in her adulthood.

Britney, 42, and Sam, 29, were together for six years before tying the knot in June 2022, so this is the first time she’s been on her own since the controversial conservatorship she was subjected to from 2008 to November 2021.

‘It’s so weird being single,’ the Toxic singer wrote, amid reports that she and her mother Lynne Spears are trying to revive their relationship. ‘I’ve had a lot of time to really look back with all the good and bad …

‘I like a routine and I usually do the same thing every day …. l’m honestly bored but I’m also scared of a lot of things … The way I live my life is mine …

‘I’ve had so many people interfere with that growing up and to know it’s going to be ok seems selfish !!! To learn to enjoy it is pretty amazing,’ Britney reflected, adding: ‘I will say my routine and daily affairs seem silly sometimes.’

Britney shared a memory as her lengthy post continued: ‘My mom always use to visit the sisters at St. Mary’s Catholic School … She used to go to when I was younger and the nuns always gave me cookies …

‘I liked going there because the sun was always out and it was beautiful there … It’s weird because I have a small garden with flowers on my balcony outside my room …

‘When I take a picture of it the illusion is that it’s connected to the trees outside … It’s pretty beautiful when the sun hits at the right spot …’

She continued: ‘The pictures look like diamonds glistening everywhere … Every time I go out there I think of the sisters at the church I used to go to …

‘l’m honestly not even sure why I’m writing this nonsense !!!?? Oh this picture,’ she concluded.

The photo was a black and white shot of a nun drinking tea through a straw.

She continued: ‘I have to make time to stop and look around to re-evaluate myself and say is this good for me ???’

‘Messing around in my new pink dress,’ the caption began.

‘I like that it made my legs look pretty but it’s weird I never buy diamond dresses or anything glitzy really …

‘so last night before I went out with a couple of friends I shot my dress … I don’t think I’m done with this one though !!!!! I think if I had better light the diamonds would pop way better !!!

President Joe Biden sat down with Chinese President Xi Jinping for the last of many meetings with the leader of the economic powerhouse, with Biden accidentally referencing an ‘alliance’ with the country’s top competitor. ‘We are the most important alliance – or the most important relationship in the entire world, and how we’re getting along together can impact the rest of the world,’ Biden said, quickly correcting himself after applying the friendly term to a key supporter of Russia who has been harassing U.S. allies in the South China sea and flooding the U.S. with exports. Britain’s multi-billion pound aircraft carriers get sunk ‘in most war games’ – and officials have discussed mothballing one to save cash

Britain’s recently built multi-billion pound aircraft carriers may already be out of date, with military sources revealing that the carries get sunk ‘in most war games’. At present, the Royal Navy boasts two £6.2 billion aircraft carriers, the HMS Queen Elizabeth and the HMS Prince of Wales, which were only commissioned into service in 2017 and 2019 respectively. However, given the constant advancements in weapon technology, the ships may now be too susceptible to modern missiles to prove effective in wartime operation.
