Waterhouse — who announced in November 2023 that she’s expecting her first baby with Robert Pattinson — flashed her belly while taking a stroll in Los Angeles. At the time, she styled a pair of low-rise jeans with a white crop top, a tan button-down top, a black purse and sunglasses. She topped the look off with hoop earrings and athletic sneakers.

Miller, meanwhile, commanded attention when she attended Vogue World: London in September 2023. For the event, she stunned in a puffy Schiaparelli cloud skirt and ruffled crop top. Miller, who announced in August 2023 that she was expecting a baby with boyfriend Oli Green, paired the getup with sheer black tights and Schiaparelli flats that outlined her toes.

Suki Waterhouse

The singer kept it cool and casual in low-rise jeans and a crop top while pregnant with her first baby with boyfriend Robert Pattinson in November 2023.

Sienna Miller

Miller rocked an over-the-top Schiaparelli skirt and crop top at London Vogue World in September 2023 while pregnant with her second baby, her first with boyfriend Oli Green.

Ciara

Ciara — who announced her fourth pregancy in August 2023, her third with Russell Wilson — paired a crochet crop top with low-rise baggy jeans. She accessorized with a funky hairdo and pearl and gold chokers.

Serena Williams

Williams donned a soft smile and knitted Gucci set while flaunting her baby bump in August 2023. Later that month, she announced the birth of her Adria, whom she shares with husband Alexis Ohanian.

Rihanna

She looked futuristic in a fur crop top, matching coat, leather skirt and snakeskin heels while out and about in New York City in May 2023. At the time, she was pregnant with her second child with A$AP Rocky.

Lima looked fabulous in May 2022 while expecting her son Cyan with boyfriend Andre Lemmers. At the time, she rocked a black gown featuring a cutout over her baby bump while attending the Chopard Gentleman’s Evening.
