These were the words of Formula 1 driver Esteban Ocon, a few minutes after meeting LeBron James, but only a few moments before the funniest interaction took place.

Ocon and Charles Leclerc were guests of the Los Angeles Lakers, spending some time in LA ahead of the highly-anticipated Las Vegas GP.

Their Hollywood adventure took them to Crypto.com Arena, for an all-access night with the NBA‘s biggest global star. James missed the game with injury, but didn’t have time to hang around with the Alpine and Ferrari drivers: he was busy reigniting his bromance with Dwyane Wade courtside.

There was enough time before the game for them to exchange pleasantries. Ocon gifted LeBron a signed racing helmet, and in return, LeBron gave him a viral moment when he least expected it.

As Ocon debriefed with the NBA media team about how nervous and excited he was to meet the four-time NBA champion, LeBron proved with a hilarious gesture why there was no reason to be nervous to meet him.
