A defense lawyer is fuming after a hot mic allegedly captured a prosecutor whispering “shut her up” while Lindsay Clancy wailed during the display of her baby’s autopsy photos in court. According to reports, attorney Kevin Reddington raised the issue after a break, telling Judge William Sullivan he needed to address a serious incident. The judge suggested a sidebar, but Reddington pushed back, saying, “I don’t want to go to sidebar. I really don’t want to go to sidebar.”

Clancy, a 35-year-old former labor and delivery nurse, is accused of strangling her three young children with exercise bands. Her defense team argues she was in the grip of a severe postpartum psychotic episode at the time of the tragic events.
