Drake Reportedly Stayed in the Most Expensive Hotel Room in North America During New York City Shows
Drake, the Canadian rapper and global superstar, is known for his lavish lifestyle and extravagant spending habits. But he may have outdone himself during his recent visit to New York City, where he reportedly stayed in the most expensive hotel room in North America.
According to sources, Drake booked the Ty Warner Penthouse at the Four Seasons Hotel in Manhattan, which costs a whopping $50,000 per night. The 4,000-square-foot, art-deco-style suite features four fireplaces, six bathrooms, a library, a grand piano, and a private spa. The suite also boasts stunning views of the city skyline from its floor-to-ceiling windows and a 360-degree rooftop terrace.
Drake was in New York City to perform two shows at the historic Apollo Theatre in Harlem, as part of his Itβs All A Blur Tour with 21 Savage. The shows, which were originally scheduled for December 2022, were postponed to January 2023 due to production delays2. Drake announced the rescheduled dates on his Instagram, saying “The Apollo has been so incredibly gracious throughout this process and we look forward to bringing a legendary show to this legendary stage.”
Drake is not the first celebrity to stay in the Ty Warner Penthouse, which is named after the billionaire owner of the Four Seasons Hotel. Previous guests include Oprah Winfrey, Angelina Jolie, and Mick Jagger4. The suite is also featured in the 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street, starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
