TJ And Molly Learn They Already Have A Baby — And Kristina Debates Keeping The One She’s Carrying

General Hospital Spoilers report Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) have come a long way as sisters. The vulnerability Kristina has been able to show to Molly during this pregnancy has showcased just how much Kristina has grown up over the last couple of years. She’s not as unstable as she used to be, and she’s just waiting patiently for everyone else in her orbit to catch onto that.

Molly has probably given her more room to grow than anyone in that respect. But TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) still isn’t on the same page with his domestic partner when it comes to her sister. So it’s going to throw quite a wrench into their plans when they learn the baby Kristina is carrying already has a sinking.

General Hospital Spoilers — Andrea Gates Resurfaces

TJ and Molly originally hired Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) to be their surrogate. They were confident that going with a stranger was their best bet.

That way, there wouldn’t be any gray area leftover after the birth in which they needed to iron out how Andrea would or would not be involved in the child’s life.

Still, fans couldn’t help but notice how careless the pair — a doctor and attorney — were with their arrangement.

They never met the family Andrea claimed to have. They never even confirmed actually miscarried — which would’ve been wise, because it sounds like she didn’t.

GH Spoilers – Tease a Baby Is Born

When Kristina gets wind that Andrea has given birth to TJ’s biological child, it’s going to set off a whirlwind of events for everyone involved. It’s highly likely that Molly and TJ will also pursue legal action to claim custody of the child.

Even though that’s going to be an uphill battle, given that Molly has no legal rights to the baby, it will signal to Kristina that they still want the first child they conceived.

Should TJ receive even partial custody of his child, will Kristina take that as her way out of their arrangement — signaling that she can indulge in her own longing to hold onto her baby?

General Hospital Spoilers — Custody Cases Abound

New York law is rather murky when it comes to surrogacy. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tried to warn Molly and TJ about this. They would have no legal right as parents — together.

Molly’s eggs were not viable, and that left her at the mercy of an egg donor.

Thus, while Andrea may have served as both — the arrangement technically left Andrea and TJ as legal, biological co-parents. Molly is left flapping in the wind with no claim to the child her husband fathered with a stranger. The situation is much the same when it comes to Kristina.

Can Moly ask TJ to relinquish his rights and attachments to both of his children if Andrea and Kristina decide not to give up their babies? Will TJ even consider such, or will he indulge Molly as it rips their union apart?

How can Molly possibly continue a relationship with her sister while Kristina raises TJ’s child? Keep checking back with us for more GH news and spoilers to see how this plays out.
