Luckily his security caught wind of the trouble and dashed to the gate, prompting the potential intruders to leave the scene.

The Los Angeles Police Department informed TMZ Hip Hop that by the time the police got to Wiz’s sprawling $7.6 million house, the suspects had vanished.

However, the authorities noted that an investigation has been opened and an attempted burglary report has been filed.

Wiz previously suffered a home invasion in 2018, when two men wearing hoodies smashed through glass to enter his San Fernando Valley home.

In that case a house-sitter was on the premises and headed downstairs upon hearing the commotion, which sent the intruders fleeing.

Insiders in law enforcement assured TMZ that they did not believe the suspects had been able to steal any of Wiz’ belongings before being frightened off.

Wiz paid $7.6 million last year to purchase his current mansion in Encino, a six-bedroom property described by Dirt as a ‘modern-farmhouse style estate.’

He lives there with his 10-year-old son Sebastian ‘Bash’ Taylor Thomaz, whom he shares custody of with his ex-wife Amber Rose.

Amber, whose dating history includes Kanye West, Val Chmerkovskiy and music executive AE Edwards, enjoys an amicable relationship with Wiz.
