The construction site located in Cascais, about 20 minutes from Lisbon, has an estimated value of $22M million and has full amenities designed by the family. Among them, according to Ok Diario, the project will have four floors and four luxury suites, covered by huge glass walls overlooking the beautiful Portuguese landscape.

In addition, there will be a cinema room, a service area, a gym, a tennis court, and two garages to store the more than 20 luxury cars owned by Cristiano Ronaldo

The budget increased, the time was extended and the neighbors were no longer happy to share the neighborhood (one of the most luxurious in the country) with him.

The house has at least one more year of construction to go. We are fed up!

We’ve had three years of construction. The house is so big that it looks like a hospital. My street has been cut off for months, my garden is full of dust. All because of the ‘pyramid’ of Pharaoh Ronaldo“, said one of the neighbors to Ok Diario.

Although construction is expected to be completed in mid-June 2024, everything seems to indicate that the Portuguese will not return to Portugal until the end of his contract with Al Nassr in June 2025, when he reaches the age of 40, the age at which he said he would like to retire.

Family campaigners have criticised as ‘grossly discriminatory’ plans to give trans men and lesbians access to NHS-funded IVF two years ahead of heterosexual couples. Under the controversial proposals, trans men – those born as women who now identify as men – will be automatically assumed to be unable to conceive, as will lesbians and single women. This means they will be immediately eligible for IVF on the NHS – costing an estimated £5,000 a cycle – if they meet the other criteria, such as a body mass index between 19 and 30, not smoking, being under 43 and not having a partner with a child from a previous relationship.
