Originally called Jack Warner Estate, the property was originally constructed for Jack Warner (creator of Warner Bros) in the 1930s.

Moreover, the estate boasts a luxurious three-story main house, complemented by two guest houses, a nursery, three hothouses, sprawling terraces, and a nine-hole golf course, all contributing to its opulent charm.
