Diddy’s $6 million Manhattan apartment overlooking Central Park, where he treasures time spent with his daughters

From 2005 to 2017, rapper Diddy resided in a New York City apartment that is now on the market for $5.99 мιIIιоn.

The residence is approximately 3,000 square feet in size and is located in Manhattan’s Midtown West, just a few blocks from Central Park.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is located at 230 West 56th Street in the building known as The Park Imperial.

In 2005, Diddy, born Sean Combs, purchased the residence for $3.82 мιIIιоn. According to the records, he received $5.7 мιIIιоn in a cash transaction twelve years later. However, he had difficulty getting there.

The 52-year-old “Coming Home” singer initially listed the property in 2014 with an asking price of $8 мιIIιоn. Several price reductions occurred over the years prior to its eventual sale.

The apartment has been completely remodeled, with wide-plank solid wood floors, lofty ceilings, and individualized finishes.

According to the listing, the kitchen features premium appliances, a vented cooktop, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The flooring in the primary en suite bathroom is heated.

The building features white-glove concierge service, the Imperial Club on the 47th floor, a fitness center, Central Park-facing terrace views, and valet parking.

The structure, constructed in 2002, contains more than 110 condominiums, with residences beginning on the 48th floor.

The listing is held by Whitney Didier and Hannah Tran-Trinh of Douglas Elliman.
