But Henry Cavill may be a superhero in the bedroom as well.
The 32-year-old British actor teased fans by seemingly revealing a bit about his đ eđ„ life during an appearance on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon taped in New York City on Wednesday.

When discussing his workout routine on the chat programme, Henry hinted that his only form of cardio is in the bedroom.
When Fallon asked what cardio he did to get so ripped for his movie, Henry initially smiled and said: âI run. Thatâs the savory answer.â
When Fallon missed Cavillâs hint and pressed on, the hunky Superman star looked at the audience for approval and said: âI think they get it.â

âAh, you burn a lot of calories, good for you,â Fallon said, finally getting the insinuation.
âWell I try to,â Cavill replied.
But he insisted his diet can be the toughest part of fitness preparations, saying: âUnfortunately Guinness is what I crave, which is not idea for the six pack abs.â
The Man Of Steel actor was dressed appropriately for the chat show appearance as he wore a navy blue three-piece suit while promoting upcoming flick The Man from U.N.C.L.E.

The talented actor showed that he knows how to dress as he teamed the outfit with a crisp white shirt, blue polka dot tie, brown patterned socks and black leather dress shoes.
Henry’s brown locks were combed back elegantly as he sported a bit of scruff on his face.
He certainly seemed to have a good time as he shared a few laughs with the 40-year-old chat show host Jimmy while promoting the upcoming action-adventure flick.
Of the upcoming movie, Henry said: âThe best thing about this movie is itâs Guy Ritchie. He does a special thing here. Itâs a cool, đ eđ„y spy thriller. Youâre in for a fun ride.â

The Immortals star has made quite a few leaps and bounds in his career and life as he recently revealed he was mercilessly teased as a teenager for being overweight.
Cruel schoolchildren made fun of the actor for having spare ‘rolls’, with one cruel classmate even pointing out it looked like he had ‘t**s’.
‘They used to call me Fat Cavill,’ Henry told Men’s Fitness. ‘I actually had rolls of fat on me.’
‘They also called me a “lemon”, a guy who gets nowhere with the girls.’
