Not Leao, PSG has chosen a replacement for Mbappe

According to RMC Sport, Les Parisiens already has their choice of who will replace the French superstar.

Paris Saint-Germain is expected to lose Kylian Mbappe this summer. The 25-year-old could be headed to Real Madrid, but do Les Parisiens really want to find someone to replace the Frenchman?

Since it was reported that Mbappe intends to leave at the end of the season, AC Milan star Rafael Leao has been continuously linked with the capital club. While the Portuguese goalscorer is an outstanding individual, a report reveals whether PSG are truly interested in him.

According to RMC Sport, PSG’s board of directors has selected a number of names. Leao’s profile is highly regarded, but there is no consensus on his case. The French newspaper noted that the Portuguese player is not the number 1 priority for next season.

Bradley Barcola is the top priority.

Leao has a release clause of 175 million euros. Paris will have financial resources this summer, but it is uncertain whether the club wants to use this money.

Furthermore, PSG is placing a lot of trust in Bradley Barcola.  Their idea is not for Barcola to continue as a reserve next season, when Luis Enrique may start this player.
