Lady Gaga rocks the runway in a large trench coat as gothic goddess Kendall Jenner channels her inner Black Swan during Marc Jacobs catwalk show as part of NYFW

She has already had quite a successful 2016 as she has taken home a Golden Globe and performed an amazing rendition of the US National Anthem at the Super Bowl.

And if that wasn’t enough, Lady Gaga made her mark on the catwalk.

The 29-year-old singer joined the likes of Kendall Jenner as she took to the catwalk during the highly-anticipated Marc Jacobs runway show as part of New York Fashion Week on Thursday.

No doubt there was plenty of pressure on the Bad Romance singer as she followed Kendall Jenner during the presentation for the high-end designer’s Fall 2016 line held at the at the Park Avenue Armory.

Gaga looked almost unrecognisable in an oversized dark grey checked trench coat with huge silver python leather platform heels.

She also had a black fur shawl draped across her back as she did have a bit of colour to her look in the form of a lime green blouse with a large tie collar and a matching leather bag.

Much like the other models, she had her hair teased into 1920s style finger waves, while make-up artists applied dramatic eyeliner and nude lipstick.

Kendall, 20, looked very striking as she channelled her inner Black Swan in a dark look which included a large feather detailing around the shoulders.

She wore a black and white knit dress with a fringed detailing at the hemline and sleeves along with dominatrix-inspired black leather lace-up platform boots.
