Drake rocked a black and white windbreaker with grey sleeves as he arrived to dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Saturday evening.

The 34-year-old God’s Plan rapper appeared in high spirits as he hopped out of his car and beelined toward the Italian eatery with friends for a fun night out.

He completed his casual cool look with a pair of black trousers, white sneakers and a silver ring on his pinky finger.

He had a heart shaved in his hair, which he got ahead of releasing his album Certified Lover Boy, released in January 2021.

Last Sunday, he was presented with the Artist Of The Decade award at the Billboard Music Award in Los Angeles.

He brought his three-year-old son Adonis who he shares with artist-model Sophie Brussaux onto the stage as he accepted the top honor.

The rapper said that he’s ‘really bad at taking compliments’ and ‘really self-conscious’ about his work in his acceptance speech, in which he attributed his success to perseverance.

‘I rarely celebrate anything,’ he said. ‘For anyone watching this that’s wondering how this happened, that’s really the answer: It’s being so unsure how you’re getting it done that you just keep going in the hopes of figuring out the formula.’

Drake, who also won for Streaming Songs Artist, said that he was focusing on the positives of the recognition.

‘I just know that I’ve spent an incalculable amount of hours trying to analyze all the things I did wrong,’ he said. ‘But tonight for once, I’m sure as hell we did something right.’

He also hosted a party at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California after the ceremony, with the party laid out at the 50-yard line of the venue, which is home to the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers.

Among the guests in attendance were The Weeknd, Chris Brown, DJ Khaled, Doja Cat and SZA, an insider told E! News, adding that there were ‘huge champagne towers and several bars set up throughout the stadium.’
