Taylor Swift shared that the strongest support that helped her get to where she is today is her mother

In an interview a long time ago, Taylor Swift once shared that her mother is her best friend, her strong support, helping her overcome all difficulties.

“When I was 12 years old, I had a group of close friends, but after that they stopped hanging out with me. When I sat down to eat lunch with them at school, they stood up and took the tray away. It’s sad to have to go through that. At that time, what I had was my mother.”

“Remember when I was still in middle school, I called some of my female classmates and asked them if they wanted to go shopping with me. But to my surprise, everyone turned me down one after another. No.” There was no other way, I had to walk to the shopping mall with my mother. When I arrived, I saw all the girls I called, playing in Victoria’s Secret. I was so sad at that time. I always felt like I was being left out. Luckily, my mom saw me and said to me, “Let’s go to the King of Prussia mall.” It’s a giant mall, in Pennsylvania. , it took more than 45 minutes to get there”. So, I left with my mother and went to that shopping center. My mother helped me move away from sad emotions. My mother and I talked about it the whole trip there, and my mother and I had a good time shopping.”

Later, Taylor Swift composed a song dedicated to her mother titled The Best Day. In this MV, she put together all the short clips of her family, especially her parents taking her out when she was a child. Every time she listens to this song, Ms. Andrea Finlay is filled with tears of emotion.
