Fans called on each other to make “Spring Days” returned to the iTunes chart as a farewell to BTS members.
Entertainment company Bighit Music announces the iconic song of BTS titled Spring Day has topped the iTunes chart in 83 countries. It’s not unusual for BTS’s songs to top iTunes globally, but it’s worth noting that Spring Day was released in 2015. 2017. This means that after 6 years, the song once again returned to the world iTunes chart.
According to Allkpop, this is an effort by global fans to show support for BTS when all 7 members are performing mandatory military service in Korea.
Spring Day is a song loved by fans when it portrays a message of hope, desire and affection for far away friends. Therefore, this is the perfect song for fans to say goodbye to the famous K-Pop group. In addition, placing the song at the top of iTunes worldwide is also a way for the fan community to confirm that they will wait for BTS’s return.
The first member to enlist was Jin in December 2022. J-Hope started in April and Suga in September. Finally, the remaining four members, RM, V, Jimin and Jungkook, also enlisted a few days ago with the support and cheers of the audience.
