Has Vegeta ever been stronger than Goku throughout the entire Dragon Ball series?

There have been many comparisons about these two Saiyans, but most people think that Goku is stronger, but not necessarily superior, to Vegeta. 5. Vegeta encounters Beerus

Surprisingly, Bulma then slapped Beerus for ruining her party. Beerus slapped Bulma back, causing Vegeta to become really angry and attack Beerus. 6. Vegeta after training with Whis
