Born to her parents on July 1, 1999, Noa Van Der Bij turned 23 in 2022. She was initially born and raised in the Netherlands.

Noa graduated from one of the number 1 top universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands, Avans University of Applied Sciences.

In 2018, she started working as a trainee guest relations at NH collections Grand Hotel Krasnalolsky where she worked for only six months.

After she left the job, she was a trainee at Cachet Models. A few months later, she was promoted to one of the Junior bookers for the company.
