Newly released CCTV footage captures the disturbing moments a serial predator led one of his victims to her death—and stalked other women in broad daylight, according to court documents.
Simon Levy, 40, was convicted yesterday of two murders, two rapes, and multiple other violent attacks. Reports say he was free on bail when he took two lives.
The footage shows Levy walking with Sheryl Wilkins, 39, through a car park in Tottenham, north London, where she was found dead near a B&M store in August 2025.
Just two days earlier, Levy had failed to appear in court, sources claim.
Months before, in March 2025, he allegedly murdered 54-year-old Carmenza Valencia Trujillo and dumped her body in a derelict stairwell in Peckham—all while under police investigation.
Authorities say Levy had been released from prison in September 2024 after serving a three-year sentence for molesting two women. He was supposed to be closely monitored under a sexual offenders order.
But according to reports, catastrophic system failures allowed him to continue his attacks.
In January 2025, he allegedly strangled a woman unconscious, raped her in a car park, and left her near death. That survivor told police she knew where he lived, but she wasn’t formally interviewed until after Levy had killed twice, court documents revealed.
Levy, who lived with his mother in Tottenham, was also convicted earlier this year of sexually assaulting ten women on the London Underground over 19 months, reports say.
The Metropolitan Police, British Transport Police, and the Crown Prosecution Service have all admitted to failures in how Levy was handled, according to statements.
Two officers are now under investigation by the Independent Office of Police Conduct.
Authorities urge anyone who may have been a victim of Levy to come forward, as London’s victims’ commissioner described a “litany of failures” that allowed his rampage.
