Khloe Kardashian and her children True and Tatum make an adorable family as they pose in Octonauts Halloween costumes… after Khloe’s Blackfishing controversy

Khloé Kardashian wasn’t ready to give up on her Halloween costumes just yet when she shared an adorable family costume to Instagram on Wednesday.

The 39-year-old star of The Kardashians beamed proudly while carrying her son Tatum, one, and holding her five-year-old daughter True’s hand as they posed in front of her sister Kim Kardashian‘s impressively spooky Halloween-decorated mansion.

Khloé and her photogenic brood were dressed up in colorful costumes inspired by the BBC children’s animated series Octonauts.

It wasn’t clear if the photos were snapped as part of the trio’s trick or treating outing, or if Khloé and the kids just wanted to show off their fun outfits.

The care-free moment came after the reality star was lambasted on social media for sharing photos of herself in a Bratz dolls–inspired costume that led to accusations of Blackfishing, a term referring to using making to make oneself appear darker skinned.

Khloé’s kids appear to be big fan of Octonauts, which follows the adventures of anthropomorphic animals living in a sea base far bellow the surface, which allows them to meet all kinds of ocean creatures.

Khloé showcased her svelte figure in her costume, which was modeled after the animated Dachshund Dashi, who serves as the Octonauts’ computer programmer and photographer.

Like the character, the blond beauty wore a comically tiny blue sailor hat with an upturned brim, which was cocked to the side on her head.

She paired it with a brown tank top that showcased her curves, and she had it tucked into a shiny pink mini skirt with dual slits.

The Good American founder completed her striking costume with thigh-high aquamarine stiletto boots, and she wore large hoop earrings that were framed by her platinum locks.

Khloé’s daughter True Thompson, whom she shares with her philandering ex Tristan Thompson, showed off a winning smile while costumed as the green rabbit Tweak.

Fitting, she wore a pink headband with long green airs that stood up and swept back her voluminous curls.

She had on a matching green onesie and a pale blue belt that matched her collar, and she wore blue Ugg-style boots.

The mother–daughter due held hands and smiled for the camera in one, and they kicked their legs out playfully in another photo.

The mother-of-two also included some lovely solo shots of her children, including an angelic photo of True in closeup and a fun picture of Tatum walking around in his penguin suit.

She included a side-by-side of The Rock and Tatum just to make the comparison explicit for anyone who wasn’t familiar with the awkward photo of the wrestler-turned-superstar actor.
