Everton midfielder Amadou Onana is now ‘unsettled’ at Goodison Park after recent transfer links.
Amadou Onana has been rumoured to be attracting interest from some Premier League rivals, including Chelsea.
Nieuwsblad Sport recently claimed that Everton’s Onana is attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona.
Now, there’s fresh speculation today about the 22-year-old Belgian star.

The Telegraph said today that Newcastle United have now identified Everton midfielder Onana as a possible signing for them.
It is explained that the youngster is unsettled at Goodison Park while the paper talk continues around his future. Incidentally, he’s still under contract with the Toffees until 2027.
The report mentions that Newcastle could test Everton’s resolve with a move for Onana, but the player’s £50 million price tag may be an issue for them. Apparently, they could even ask about a loan deal with a view to paying the rest of the money in the summer for a permanent transfer.
So, will he still be playing his football on Merseyside by the time the January window closes in a couple of weeks time?
Amadou Onana unsettled at Everton
Onana’s a combative defensive midfielder with huge potential and the current ability to help most sides in Europe. There’s no doubt he’s an integral part of Sean Dyche’s XI with the amount of work he does in and out of possession.
However, we don’t think Chelsea should be splashing £50m on another midfielder, albeit an impressive one in the Premier League.
There’s already been so much investment go into the centre of the park at Chelsea, namely Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez.
For the Blues, supporters should continue to scream from the rooftop until the club finally signs a centre-forward that can score 20 goals a season. We struggle to picture this team really progressing high up the league table until this long-term No 9 position is fixed for good.
