Kim Kardashian looked absolutely stunning in a skintight, cheetah-print corset and a pair of black leather pants while stepping out in the Big Apple on Tuesday.

As she enjoys her trip to The City That Never Sleeps amid New York Fashion Week, the reality star, 42, oozed cool in her plunging top and Balenciaga bottoms, which hugged her every curve.

The SKIMS founder styled her chic ensemble with two layered gold necklaces, high heels and a black leather clutch.

Her nearly waist-length raven tresses cascaded down her shoulder and back in loose waves.

For the occasion, the mother-of-four sported a glamorous makeup look, which included blush, a matte lipstick and bronzer for sun-kissed glow.

Her latest sighting comes after the official trailer for American Horror Story: Delicate dropped last week.

In the two-minute clip, she showed off her acting chops, alongside Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne.

It opened with Kim telling Emma: ‘You are an A-list star now. Focus on the good.’

Emma portrays a top actress named Anna Victoria Alcott while Kim portrays a friend and aging actress Siobhan Walsh.

Kim’s character does a bit of foreshadowing early in the clip as she tells Emma: ‘You have a peculiar penchant for turning dreams into nightmares.’

The plot follows Emma’s character, who has had multiple IVF treatments and begins to become paranoid that mysterious forces are keeping her from getting pregnant.

She eventually does conceive a child, but the pregnancy ends in what doctors tell her is miscarriage. However, she can still feel her baby growing as her body continues to show signs of a pregnancy.

As if the challenge of creating offspring wasn’t already enough, it appears as if the protagonist’s career (and life) hangs in the balance.

Kim could be seen in a distorted image in the trailer as she queries Emma: ‘Do you want an Oscar? Do you want it as much as a baby?’ to which the protagonist quickly responds yes.

Later on a pregnant Emma could be seen with her hands on her belly next to Kim while they are both in gowns for a gala as they both turn around to find the mirror completely shattered with red lipstick on it which read: ‘Don’t do it Anna.’

In a later seen Kim’s character could be seen laying next to Emma while stroking her hair and singing a very creepy version of children’s classic Rock-A-Bye-Baby.

As if that already wasn’t enough, Cara Delevingne plays a rather creepy character named Meg who could be seen eerily waving at Emma’s character.

Emma tells her husband Dexter Harding (played by Matt Czuchry): ‘That woman, I think she’s following me.’

Things certainly get weird as later in the trailer Cara is shown as Emma’s ultrasound technician.

The two most shocking scenes come later in the trailer as Emma could be seen wearing a white dress in a beautiful garden when the camera pans down to show blood on the bottom if it. Realizing what had happened, Emma lets out a scream.

Then it all ends with Emma laying on a surgery table as her mouth when she is shushed by a mysterious figure. Emma’s mouth begins to sew itself shut as the woman’s reptilian-esque tongue draws closer to her face.

The main cast is rounded out by Billie Lourd as Olympia, Denis O’Hare as Dr. Crawford, Leslie Grossman as Emily Chapman, and Michaela Jae Rodriguez as Cora.

The 13th season of the FX horror anthology series premieres on September 20 and is adapted from the horror novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine.

‘It is essentially a horror novel about pregnancy,’ Valentine shared with Entertainment Weekly.

In April Kardashian dropped the surprise news that she would be starring in Delicate on her Instagram page as she posted a trailer from the season.

The season was written by Halley Feiffer, who also served as showrunner. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy said: ‘Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.’
