American rapper West was among those in attendance at the 26,000 capacity Boulevard Hall Stadium.

A video shared online showed him as he arrived ahead of the fight.

But fans were left baffled as he appeared to be seen in a shirt with a retro Premier League badge on it.

The 46-year-old had his head partially covered upon his arrival.

However, the sleeves of the shirt could be seen.

Footage seemed to show a retro Premier League badge on his left arm.

The shirt appeared to be black with yellow stripes down the arm.

This had fans scratching their heads as they tried to figure out what the kit was.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: “What old Prem shirt are you wearing big man @kanyewest?”

A second said: “What old PL shirt is that?! 😭😭”

One fan shared a photo with the kit he believed was the answer.

Another fan said: “Liverpool goalie jersey from late 00s.”

The Reds had a kit with similar properties to West’s mystery shirt in the 2010/11 season.

However, other fans suggested it was an old Chelsea kit.

It is not 100 per cent clear which football team West supports, but he was pictured wearing a Manchester United jacket in 2018.
