Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce was directed by the singer herself and will show memorable moments of the star performing hit tracks on stage.

The tour kicked off earlier this year in May in Sweden and came to a close last month in Kansas City, Missouri.

The movie, ‘accentuates the journey of Renaissance World Tour, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri,’ according to an official synopsis per Rolling Stone.

‘It is about Beyonce’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft.’

‘Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyonce’s Renaissance World Tour created a sanctuary for freedom, and shared joy, for more than 2.7 million fans,’ the premise concluded.

In October, the award-winning performer dropped the first teaser to prepare fans for the concert film. In the video, she could be heard saying, ‘When I am performing, I am nothing but free.’
