As the vehicle sped into Knox County, officers from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office were called to assist in the chase.
During the pursuit, officers used stop sticks to disable the vehicle’s tires. The intervention proved effective, as the truck ultimately came to a halt after losing at least one tire. Upon stopping, several passengers fled the scene on foot, while one female occupant remained with the vehicle. Officers quickly initiated a search of the nearby woods, deploying a K9 unit to assist in tracking the fleeing suspects.
