Kim Kardashian often gets slammed for her interesting parent choices, but this time she’s receiving all the praise. She called up her daughter to introduce her to Sexyy Red

Kim Kardashian surprised her daughter with a sweet phone call alongside rapper Sexyy Red.

North West is a known fan of a variety of rappers even making a collab video with Ice Spice. So, when Kim popped up in a TikTok video with Sexyy Red, fans noticed that the rapper was on the phone with someone. “Hi North,” fans think she said while on a FaceTime call. A fan wrote: “Otp with North for sure!”

They were thrilled for for the 10-year-old. “North is gonna love thissss,” said on TikTok fan. Another wrote on a message board: “Aw north listens to Sexyy Red.”

Some fans were excited for the adorable mother-daughter moment. One fan said: “All I can picture is Kim and North in the Maybach or rolls listening to this. I just know they’re having a good time.”

Another said: “Kim K proving to North she saw Sexxy Red in person, lol because KimK don’t know nor care for Sexxy Red at all.”

Fans were also surprised by Kim and Sexxy Red’s meet up in general, calling them a “random duo.” In fact, some even thought that Kim was totally excited to meet up with the rapper. “The collab I didn’t know I needed,” said a fan. One wrote: “I love how Kim is giving fangirl soo good.”

Multiple people were so shocked that they didn’t even process that it was Kim in the video. One fan said she didn’t know until she read the comments and another wrote: “I thought that was a fan at first and I’m like wait that’s Kim K lol.”

Many saw Sexxy Red’s appearance as a sure sign that she was growing and reaching new heights as an artist. After all, being seen with Kim carries some hefty social currency in the entertainment industry. A fan added: “Oh she’s up there with the elites!!!”

In the video, Kim was wearing her hair down in waves with neutrally toned makeup. The star socialite layered a black long sleeve over a nude turtle neck. Her pants were also a nude color, but had a lacy black material over the top. Her faced was guarded by large, black sunglasses and she had her nails done long with a white gloss.
